Dragon-Form Fist Forged Through Centuries of Practice

Dragon Style Boxing, originating from Shaolin and maturing in Lingnan, is a gem in the treasury of traditional Chinese martial arts. In the late 19th century, the grand master Lin Yaogui (1874–1965) synthesized the strengths of Shaolin boxing techniques and Hakka martial arts from Guangdong, drawing inspiration from the phrase "as agile as a swimming dragon and as swift as a fierce tiger," and thereby founded the Dragon Style school. This documentary follows the century-long lineage of Lin Yaogui and his descendants, tracing how a single martial art has been passed down through the tides of time.
